  Davendra Kumar is Co-Founder and Member of the Board at ElektroMobilitat. With a strong technical background, Davendra has extensive experience in the Steel and Telecom industries. He was deputed by Hutch/Vodafone Corporate to visit Vietnam for network infrastructure quality improvement across India and internationally. After working with Vodafone for 11 years in Projects and O&M, Davendra established his own Telecom O&M business, DELTOS Group, where he serves as Group Director (Operations). Davendra has over 30 years of experience handling electrical, solar, renewable energy, telecom infrastructure O&M, projects, and electrical systems design/standardization, with a focus on quality and operational efficiency. He holds a B.E. Tech. (Electrical and Electronics) from Delhi College of Engineering.

  Amal Burman, a Subject Matter Expert in DG and Infrastructure Utility, brings over 23 years of extensive experience in the infrastructure and telecommunications industry. As a key leader at Deltos, he is responsible for advancing technical expertise within the team while overseeing audit and quality verticals. A veteran of the Indian Air Force, Amal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (BE) and an MBA in Marketing. With 15 years of experience in telecommunications and facility management, he has previously worked with multinational corporations before joining Deltos.
